Supporting social processes
Medplan Conservatory Society is a publication wing of Foundation For Revitalization Of Local Health Traditions(FRLHT). Foundation for Revitalization of Local Health Traditions was founded in October 1991. Its mission is to revitalize health traditions and make them accessible to people. This task involves conserving plants, minerals and animals, demonstrating effective applications of indigenous knowledge and energizing social processes for transmission of traditional knowledge. As a result of more than a decade of intense research activity, FRLHT has developed multi-disciplinary computerized databases on medicinal plants, a pharmacology product development laboratory and treatment facilities, that is available to all at a normal cost. Heritage Amruth magazine for healthy living is one of its key initiatives to take this knowledge to the people.
